Jadaliyya Launches Law and Conflict Page
July 07, 2015
Since its launch in 2010, Jadaliyya has published extensively on themes relating to law and conflict. Until now, these pieces were featured on the Occupation, Intervention, Law (O.I.L.) Page, along with articles relating to Palestine. We have created a new Palestine Page and renamed O.I.L. to create a new Law and Conflict Page. Here you will find articles, materials, and resources about human rights, war crimes, the US 'war on terror' military occupations and interventions, and developments in the practice of international law.
Welcome to the Law and Conflict Page!
To mark this occassion, we have prepared a small bouquet of pieces. Though you would do well to brose our previous post on this topic.
